Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S., and OrthoAtlanta proudly serves as the official orthopedic and sports medicine provider to SCPA and its 18-court Pickleball Complex, the Second Largest in Southeast U.S.

OrthoAtlanta physicians, Peter Symbas, MD, and Jeffrey Smith, MD, serve Atlanta’s professional soccer teams in collaboration with the Piedmont Healthcare role as the Official Adult Healthcare Partner of Atlanta United.

Clayton State University proudly unveiled its new OrthoAtlanta Athletic Training Room on Monday, November 26, 2018. OrthoAtlanta, the official orthopedic and sports medicine provider of Clayton State Athletics, contributed $60,000 to the project.

OrthoAtlanta was named Official Sports Medicine Provider to the Spalding County Pickleball Association. The SCPA Pickleball Complex in Griffin-Spalding County, GA, is the second largest in Southeast and acclaimed as one of the finest in the nation.

OrthoAtlanta is the Official Sports Medicine provider for the nationally-televised 2018 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game on September 1 matchup between the Washington Huskies and Auburn Tigers in Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

OrthoAtlanta orthopedic surgeon, Donald Fowler, MD, held a live radio interview with 680 The Fan, 93.7 FM, speaking about sports injuries and treatment options ranging from conservative, non-surgical to surgical, as part of the OrthoAtlanta Battery Atlanta open house.
