Biography

Andrea Boss McCullough, M.D., is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist with specialty training in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. She provides nonsurgical orthopedic care to patients at our Snellville location in Gwinnett County. Dr. McCullough treats a wide variety of orthopedic problems including musculoskeletal and spine conditions, as well as sports-related injuries. Dr. McCullough’s clinical expertise includes nonsurgical orthopedic care, epidural injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, EMG nerve conduction studies, PRP injections, ultrasound-guided, and fluoroscopic-guided injections.   

Dr. McCullough graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. McCullough completed an Internal Medicine Internship and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Washington University School of Medicine, where she was awarded PM&R Resident of the Year. Dr. McCullough furthered her expertise and completed her NASS-recognized fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine.
